In short

This website is deliberately frugal with your data: no cookies, no analytics or tracking, no advertising networks, no embedded third-party content such as videos, maps or social buttons. Fonts load from our own server. Personal data only reaches us when you write to us or send yourself a price estimate.

2. Hosting and server logs

This website is hosted by goneo Internet GmbH, Dresdener Straße 18, 32423 Minden, Germany. On every page view the server records technical access data: IP address, date and time, page requested, referring page, browser and operating system. Legal basis: Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR — our legitimate interest in a secure, working website. The host deletes these logs automatically after a short period. A data processing agreement with goneo is in place.

All data is transmitted encrypted (TLS).

3. Language setting in your browser

If you switch language, your browser remembers the choice in local storage. The entry contains no personal data, is not sent to us and is only stored because you asked for it (§ 25 (2) no. 2 TDDDG).

4. Price calculator and contact form

We process: name, email address, optionally company and phone number, your message, your selections in the calculator and your preferred way of being contacted.

• You receive an email with your estimate or a confirmation.
• We receive a copy and store the request in the website’s back end.
• Your request is not passed to third parties and is not processed by AI services.

Legal basis: Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR (steps prior to a contract), otherwise Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR. We delete the data once the enquiry is closed and no contract results — at the latest twelve months after the last contact. If a contract results, statutory retention periods apply.

Spam protection without captcha

The forms contain an invisible field and check how quickly they were filled in. To limit misuse, a checksum of your IP address is kept for one hour. No cookies and no external services are used.

5. Faster loading of the next page

Some browsers pre-load a page of this site when you point at a link. Only pages of this domain are loaded; no data goes to third parties.

6. Your rights

You have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing and data portability. You can withdraw consent at any time with effect for the future. An email to hallo@twomade.de is enough.

Right to object (Art. 21 GDPR): where we process data based on legitimate interest, you may object at any time for reasons arising from your particular situation.
