In short

This website is deliberately frugal with your data: no cookies, no third-party analytics or tracking, no advertising networks, no embedded third-party content such as videos, maps or social buttons. Fonts load from our own server. How often a page is read we count ourselves — without a cookie and without recognising anyone (section 6). Personal data only reaches us when you write to us or send yourself a price estimate.

2. Hosting and server logs

This website is hosted by goneo Internet GmbH, Dresdener Straße 18, 32423 Minden, Germany. On every page view the server records technical access data: IP address, date and time, page requested, referring page, browser and operating system. Legal basis: Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR — our legitimate interest in a secure, working website. The host deletes these logs automatically after a short period. A data processing agreement with goneo is in place.

All data is transmitted encrypted (TLS).

3. Language setting in your browser

If you switch language, your browser remembers the choice in local storage. The entry contains no personal data, is not sent to us and is only stored because you asked for it (§ 25 (2) no. 2 TDDDG).

4. Price calculator and contact form

We process: name, email address, optionally company and phone number, your message, your selections in the calculator and your preferred way of being contacted.

• You receive an email with your estimate or a confirmation.
• We receive a copy and store the request in the website’s back end.
• Your request is not passed to third parties and is not processed by AI services.

Legal basis: Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR (steps prior to a contract), otherwise Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR. We delete the data once the enquiry is closed and no contract results — at the latest twelve months after the last contact. If a contract results, statutory retention periods apply.

Spam protection without captcha

The forms contain an invisible field and check how quickly they were filled in. To limit misuse, a checksum of your IP address is kept for one hour. No cookies and no external services are used.

5. Demo with a language model

On the page about AI automation you can describe your business in a field and have a draft post written from it. For this, your text is transmitted to Google and processed there by the Gemini service (Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland). The legal basis is your consent, given by sending the text (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR); a transfer to third countries cannot be ruled out.

We do not store your input or the result. All that stays with us is a count of how often the demo was used, and a checksum of your IP address for one hour so that nobody can overload the service. What Google does with the text is not in our hands: for free access tiers, Google states that it reserves the right to use content to improve its services. Please do not enter personal data about other people or any trade secrets — one or two sentences about your trade are enough. The demo is optional: if you do not use it, you lose no part of this website.

6. Counting visits without cookies

So that we know which pages are being read, our own server counts page views. Nothing is stored on or read from your device in the process: no cookie, no script, no connection to another provider. All that is stored is a total per day and page, plus the name of the website you came from — the name only, not the full address — and the search term, if you used the search on this website.

What we do not store: your IP address, your browser, or any identifier that would let a single visitor be recognised. That is why we count views and not visitors — visitors could not be determined without recognising them. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR, our legitimate interest in knowing which content is needed. Daily totals are deleted after 90 days.

7. Faster loading of the next page

Some browsers pre-load a page of this site when you point at a link. Only pages of this domain are loaded; no data goes to third parties. Pre-loaded pages are not counted as a view.

8. Your rights

You have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing and data portability. You can withdraw consent at any time with effect for the future. An email to hallo@twomade.de is enough.

Right to object (Art. 21 GDPR): where we process data based on legitimate interest, you may object at any time for reasons arising from your particular situation.
